The Non-public Health Care Center, Sanatorium "Kamienny Potok", in Sopot, was founded by Dr Henryk Piękoś in September 2007. It was entered in the Registry of Health Care Institutions kept by the Pomeranian Province Governor on 9th November under registration file number 22-01066. The medical director of the sanatorium is Dr Waldemar Andrzej Krupa, MD PhD.

Non-refundable Prices for courses of treatment in 2008

Price per person per day includes: accommodation, 3 meals and 3 treatments per day including the medical care of doctors and nurses.

Booking conditions.

Length of stay: 7,10,14 or 21 days.
Bookings should be made in writing and may be sent by fax, email or post. Bookings must then be confirmed by the sanatorium For a booking to be valid, a deposit of 40% of the cost of the stay must be paid, no later than 1 month prior to arrival. The remainder is payable on becoming a patient at the sanatorium. In the event of a booking being made less than a month prior to arrival, the deposit must be paid within 2 days of receiving confirmation.

Resignations.

Before treatment begins, a patient has the right to resign from their stay at the sanatorium. A written notification of resignation should be sent to the sanatorium. The resignation date is considered as the date the sanatorium receives the notification. Deposits paid in advance cannot be refunded. In the event of a resignation during the stay, fees paid cannot be refunded either in part or otherwise.
